Leave management

Not only would it account for absents, late coming, and short leaves of any employee but it would also play as a support of the HR by issuing notices/prompts to employees for following the SOPs related to their leave application procedures. End of the month leaves availed with balance leaves of each employee is also reported to all employees for keeping them aware and alert.

Integration of the attendance management system with the payroll calculation system is a must in any fully automated leave management system. And that does not mean just the daily attendances or the calculations based on the number of days worked but drills down to the hours worked also as in many organizations wages are paid by the hour.
