Queries need resolution and where there is a huge number of queries coming in it becomes hard to manage them. So what the query management system does is that it categorize each type of query coming in and assign it a priority level before forwarding it to the relevant department. Furthermore, the system keeps a track of the unresolved queries issuing reminders for timely resolutions.
